Check the wind from the propellors. If you hold up the drone, the wind is going upwards, propellors might be installed reversed. Don't trust the mark on the propellors.
The motor can rotate in the wrong direction. It can be solved by, resoldering the three black wires from BLDC motor to ESC. Reverse two of three wires.
Observations
If you tilt the drone by lowering down the motor n below center frame, that motor will output greater power. I believe that, it is just a typical negative feedback loop.
